Diploma of Hospitality Management + Bachelor of Business specialising in Hospitality and Hotel Management

Diploma of Hospitality Management: The Diploma of Hospitality Management gives you the advanced skills and knowledge you need to succeed in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry. This course combines practical skills with contextualised business knowledge so you can thrive in this fast-paced global industry. Practical training covering hospitality will be provided in 36 sessions (Approx.144 hours) as an integrated part of your studies. Training will be provided within a TAFE NSW operated restaurant at your enrolment location.

 

Bachelor of Business specialising in Hospitality and Hotel Management: This program provides you with the professional skills and expertise to set you up for success in a range of roles within the hospitality and hotel industry, including managerial positions in food, beverage, accommodation and housekeeping operations, venue management, sales and human resources. A career in hospitality can provide you with opportunities to work around the world in rewarding and exciting customer service environments. A built-in work placement program ensures that you gain real world and practical experience. You’ll have an opportunity to work across all areas of the industry, developing interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills.
