The Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice will give you the essential skills and knowledge you need to begin your career in the exciting and dynamic real estate industry as a successful real estate professional. This course also meets the educational requirements to apply to NSW Fair Trading for your NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence. You will learn how to establish and manage relationships with prospective buyers, tenants and homeowners for the sale or lease of property. You will also learn how to apply legislative and compliance requirements, ethical practice and consumer preferences to conduct real estate functions.
