The University of Western Australia (UWA)
The Master of Professional Accounting provides training in the technical aspects of the preparation of accounting data; develops your skills in the application of accounting information to solve problems and make decisions; and develops the important professional skills such as communication and critical thinking. This course provides an opportunity for graduates to obtain a qualification that is recognised by professional accounting bodies and the wider business community. Graduates who hold an undergraduate degree in Accounting should seek advice from the Business School before applying for this course. Postgraduate coursework degrees and combined (coursework and research) degrees comprise a number of units. This course satisfies the accreditation requirements of the following professional accounting associations: Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) and CPA Australia. Graduates are eligible to join as Associate members.
