This program equips you with the skills and knowledge to excel in teaching and pedagogy while fostering adaptability, critical thinking, and a future focused approach.Our course is tailored for educators aiming to meet the needs of modern early childhood services. You’ll explore the philosophies, principles, and practices of early childhood teaching, including how to integrate core discipline areas - language and literacy, mathematics, the arts, science, and health and well being - into engaging, play based learning programs.Through this program, you’ll further develop leadership and management capabilities, empowering you to lead diverse early childhood service types.Additionally, you’ll build expertise in research methods, professional practice, project management, and effective communication.Upon graduation, you’ll be required to register with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) as an Early Childhood Teacher, enabling you to teach across a variety of early childhood settings.
