This advanced qualification is designed for senior hospitality professionals who demonstrate exceptional skill and expertise in the industry. It combines comprehensive hospitality skills with essential managerial competencies and a deep understanding of industry standards to effectively oversee hospitality operations. Graduates of this program operate autonomously, assume leadership roles, and make critical operational business decisions. The class will be delivered 15 hours face-to-face in a classroom and 5 hours online setting on a full-time basis. Additionally, students will have access to simulated work environments to enhance their learning experience and 28 units must be completed.
