This qualification represents the advanced expertise of professionals specializing in organisational learning and capability development. These individuals leverage their highly specialised knowledge and skills to formulate and assess intricate ideas, as well as initiate, design, and implement significant learning and development initiatives within a company. They typically hold full responsibility and accountability for their performance and the performance of their team. The class will be delivered 15 hours face-to-face in a classroom and 5 hours online setting on a full-time basis. Additionally, students will have access to simulated work environments to enhance their learning experience. 08 units must be completed.
