This course provides you with the required skills and knowledge to be competent in a wide range of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) roles. This course will allow you to complete electives and provide pathways into Networking, Programming and Cyber Security. On completion, you will have the skills and knowledge to apply and support information technology activities in the workplace across a wide range of ICT areas, including technical support, network administration, website creation, digital media technologies, coding skills and programming frameworks, virtual computing, and basic cyber security skills.

Certificate IV in Information Technology
This course will provide you with the required skills and knowledge to be competent in a wide range of general Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to support small to medium enterprises (SMEs). On completion you will have the skills and knowledge to problem solve, basic networking and infrastructure design, database and web development using various programs and implement cyber security risk management strategies.

This qualification provides you with the skills and knowledge to administer and manage information and communications technology (ICT) support in small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) using a wide range of general ICT technologies. To achieve the Diploma of Information Technology you need to complete the 6 CORE units and 14 ELECTIVE units.
