Certificate III in Individual Support: This qualification reflects the role of workers in the community and/or residential setting who follow an individualised plan to provide person-centred support to people who may require support due to ageing, disability or some other reason. Work involves using discretion and judgement in relation to individual support as well as taking responsibility for own outputs. Workers have a range of factual, technical and procedural knowledge, as well as some theoretical knowledge of the concepts and practices required to provide person-centred support.

Diploma of Project Management: This nationally recognised qualification reflects the role of individuals who use well-developed skills and a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of contexts. They apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. Typically, at this level, they may provide leadership and guidance to others with some limited responsibility for the output of others. The Diploma of Project Management offered by ANIBT has been designed to equip students with best practice project management skills and knowledge to ensure that projects deliver the outcomes an organisation requires. This qualification reflects the role of individuals who process a sound theoretical knowledge base and use a range of specialised, technical or managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate their own work and/or the work of a team.
