Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (SIT30821)
The program is delivered over 20 hours per week over 27 college weeks. In addition, students will also participate in work-based training for a total of 208 hours over 9 college weeks.
Certificate IV in Kitchen Management (SIT40521)
The program is delivered over 20 hours per week over 18 college weeks. In addition, students will also participate in work-based training for a total of 60 hours. The work-based training must be done in an industry workplace host organisation approved by AAPoly. Students undertaking this qualification must complete Certificate III in Commercial Cookery before progressing to Certificate IV in Kitchen
Management.
Diploma of Hospitality Management (SIT50422)
The program is delivered over 15 hours face to face and 5 hours of online classes per week over 45 college weeks. In addition, students will also participate in work based training for a total of 180 hours over 9 weeks.
Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management (SIT60322)
The program is delivered over 15 hours face to face and 5 hours of online classes per week over 63 college weeks. This includes the 45 college weeks from Diploma of Hospitality Management. In addition, students will also participate in work based training for a total of 180 hours over 9 weeks.
