Academies Australasia Polytechnic
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (SIT30821) The program is delivered over 20 hours per week over 27 college weeks. In addition, students will also participate in work-based training for a total of 208 hours over 9 college weeks.
Certificate IV in Kitchen Management (SIT40521) The program is delivered over 20 hours per week over 18 college weeks. In addition, students will also participate in work-based training for a total of 60 hours. The work-based training must be done in an industry workplace host organisation approved by AAPoly. Students undertaking this qualification must complete Certificate III in Commercial Cookery before progressing to Certificate IV in Kitchen Management.
Diploma of Hospitality Management (SIT50422) The program is delivered over 15 hours face to face and 5 hours of online classes per week over 45 college weeks. In addition, students will also participate in work based training for a total of 180 hours over 9 weeks.
Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management (BTHM) This degree requires completion of 24 subjects including 16 core subjects and 8 out of 11 elective subjects. The subjects offered cover a wide range of topics related to tourism, hospitality, and workintegrated learning.
