The BSB30120 Certificate III in Business program considers a variety of roles across different industry sectors and examines a broad range of competencies including communication skills, problem solving, technology and relevant theoretical knowledge. The program endeavours to build upon the existing skills and knowledge that students currently have in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. By applying business practices to these skills students will gain a solid foundation for future career or study aspirations.. The BSB30120 Certificate III in Business program will enable students to acquire skills required for basic administration work and clerical duties and enhance their understanding of the broader business working environment. The course is delivered one day a week during school terms and additional weeks during school term breaks. All classes are held outside school hours. All training will be held in a classroom environment (both face to face and online). Access to computers is also available. Students will be assessed on each individual unit and will be assessed via written assessments, project works, report writing and observables. Students will have to clear each assessment to get a competency in each unit.
