Advanced Diploma of Human Resource Management

This course will equip students to build and gain practical skills to effectively work in a range of human resources roles. The job roles that relate to this qualification may include Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources Advisor, and Human Resources Business Partner. Individuals in these roles are likely to be determined at a workplace level. Some smaller organizations may require employees to work across all aspects of human resources. In larger organizations, individuals may support a single human resources function. Upon successful completion of all units in this course, students are eligible for the award of BSB60320 Advanced Diploma of Human Resource Management.
