Research argues that responsible leadership and management capabilities are increasingly important to enhancing the development and management of healthcare, healthcare systems and ultimately enhancing improved patient outcomes. This course aims to help you develop the knowledge, understanding and skills required to meaningfully engage with and respond to the impacts of climate change, an ageing society and advances in technology in the promotion of economic, social and environmental sustainability within the global healthcare sector. The MSc Global Healthcare Management programme has been designed for experienced administrators, managerial staff and clinical professionals working (or aiming to work) in generic healthcare business environments and in private and national healthcare provision systems and settings. The course is suitable for applicants with undergraduate study and professional work background in business, allied health professions, social and health sciences who are interested in kickstarting or progressing their management and leadership careers in healthcare settings that are primarily set in an international context.
