The Rutgers University-Camden BS in Nursing program offers students a rigorous liberal arts education combined with hands-on clinical experiences and high-tech simulation practices – providing them with a solid foundation for entry-level careers and a platform to pursue advanced nursing degrees in clinical practice, research, administration, and policy.Students are immersed in civic engagement through service learning opportunities at home and around the world. Students have the opportunity to study in such countries as Guatemala and South Africa. These experiences help them to recognize the causes and innovative solutions to complex social problems, while they develop skills critical for success in the workplace.
