Every human being seeks answers to life’s most basic questions. We offer the opportunity to think critically with renowned faculty and fellow students on the nature of knowledge, truth, and rationality; the meanings of being, transcendence, and God; the possibilities of beauty, goodness, and justice; and many other fundamental human concerns.Students in our program learn vital lifelong skills in critical thinking, persuasive argumentation, effective writing, and understanding diversity. They go on to graduate study in philosophy, religion, law, medicine, business, and many other fields, as well as careers in K-12 and college education, social work, counseling, politics, social activism, writing, editing, programming, international relations, global philanthropy, and much else.
