The Bachelor of Science in Criminology is an interdisciplinary program that examines the nature, causes, and consequences of crime, as well as the functioning of the criminal justice system. This degree covers topics such as criminal behavior, law enforcement, forensic science, criminal law, crime prevention, corrections, and the sociology of crime. Students gain skills in research, data analysis, critical thinking, and understanding legal frameworks, preparing them to address issues related to crime and justice. Graduates can pursue careers in law enforcement, criminal investigation, corrections, forensic analysis, social work, public policy, and legal professions, or continue with advanced studies in criminology or law.
