The Bachelor of Science in Nursing is a 4-year undergraduate degree (usually 8 semesters) designed to prepare students to become professional registered nurses.It combines theoretical coursework—such as anatomy, physiology, microbiology, pharmacology, pathophysiology, fundamentals of nursing, community health, mental health, maternal & child health—with extensive clinical/practical training in hospitals and community health settings.The curriculum also covers leadership, management, ethics, nursing education, research & evidence‑based practice, health promotion & disease prevention, and public health.
