Abertay's computing degree is designed to equip students with high-level subject-specific knowledge, as well as the practical and transferable skills they need to gain a foothold in the computing industry or proceed to further advanced study. Tutorials and lab-based activities increase the student's understanding of the subject and allow them to develop their competence and confidence in technological and theoretical work. During the course, students will also participate in team-based activities, including a group project in year 3 where they specify, plan and implement a software product.
