This three‑year honours degree (offered at the Penryn Campus in Cornwall) is designed to give you deep scientific understanding of Earth’s systems—physical, chemical, biological—and their interaction with human activities and global environmental challenges such as climate change, biodiversity loss and resource use.You’ll engage in hands‑on, data‑rich learning: collecting and analysing environmental data in the field and lab, using GIS and satellite datasets, and participating in field‑courses that leverage Cornwall’s rich natural environment.The teaching is research‑led and interdisciplinary, drawing on the university’s Environment and Sustainability Institute, with modules combining theory, practical skills and decision‑making for environmental issues
