In this concentration students will develop the skills required to design and execute international business strategies by linking a firm’s global environment with its internal operations and structure. Special attention is placed on the role of human resources in framing and implementing comprehensive strategies through hiring, training and evaluating personnel. Understanding the challenges of managing a culturally diverse workforce under contrasting conditions is a key factor for success in this field.
