Schreiner University’s unique Criminal Justice program involves understanding the relation of criminal justice and the Humanities, like philosophy, religion, history, and the arts. Our courses focus on the ties the Humanities have, and how they inform and intersect with the concepts and practice of criminal justice. In these challenging times, it is even more important to seek a degree in Criminal Justice. Potential employees and citizens expect strong communication skills, critical thinking, decision making skills, dealing with complex problems, and the handling of individuals with mental illness with care and compassion. These learned skills are those necessary for success in today’s evolving crime and justice environment.
