The Master of Science (MSc) and Postgraduate Certificate (PGC) in Bioprocessing have been developed by ATU Sligo to meet the growing needs of the Biopharmaceutical Industry. Biopharmaceuticals, also known as biologic(al) medical products, or biologics, are any pharmaceutical drug product manufactured in, extracted from, or synthesised from biological sources. The Medical Biotechnology and Biopharmaceutical sectors are among the fastest growing in the Life Sciences area both nationally and internationally.
