The program can be finished in as little as one year studying full-time and as few as 21 months studying part-time. onstruction projects, from buildings to roads and other types of infrastructure, are a constant in today’s society, and construction managers are needed to coordinate the many aspects of these large-scale projects from beginning to end. A Construction Manager supervises and implements the effective management of the project’s schedule, cost, quality, safety, scope, and function.
