Through live-action demonstrations, lectures, and immersive hands-on practice, students are provided with the solid foundational skills of classic and emerging culinary trends and techniques. Culinary Management (Co-op) from Conestoga College offers a unique opportunity for students to apply skills learned in labs and classes on a paid four-month co-op term. Through demonstrations, lectures and hands-on practice, students are provided knowledge and techniques of quality food preparation and presentation.
