Our one-year Construction Techniques - Brick and Stone certificate program provides in-depth theory and hands-on training for the brick and stone masonry trade.At Conestoga’s dedicated Masonry Centre, you’ll be taught how to create walls and features with brick, stone, and other masonry materials using advanced power and classic hand tools.The trade has many facets, and the demand for masons in Canada is high. Discover which rewarding career suits your temperament, with valuable exposure to heritage, refractory, and new commercial and residential masonry.Learn from experienced journey people with internationally recognized expertise who are passionate about their trade.Please note that a graduate of this program may be exempt from the Level 1 in-school apprenticeship training should they choose to pursue a Brick and Stone apprenticeship.
