This one-year certificate program is designed for students seeking a general education in the arts and sciences with the flexibility to explore further educational and career opportunities.You will develop knowledge and skills in communication, critical thinking, and research writing while examining contemporary issues in today's global society. The program is structured to support your future academic goals.Courses may be eligible for credit transfer to the University of Waterloo (subject to availability). After completing the certificate, you may transfer to the two-year General Arts and Science Diploma program, apply to other programs at Conestoga College, or continue your studies at other institutions.
