In our increasingly complex health and social systems, systems navigators play a vital role by helping individuals manage and co-ordinate their care within the health and social services. In this program, you will gain a diverse and unique skill set enabling you to work in interdisciplinary teams in health, social and community services, correction, and schools to help clients navigate complex systems of care.
