The Biosciences MRes offers a broad range of specialised subject area disciplines within biological sciences, including cellular and molecular biology; ageing and age-related disease; immunology; biotechnology; stem cells and tissue engineering; and microbiology. This course is designed for individuals with an undergraduate degree in biosciences* who aim to embark on a fulfilling and dynamic career as scientific researchers. It offers an optimal combination of theoretical knowledge and hands-on laboratory experience, focusing on skill development.
