Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology

The Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology (BSEET) program educates and trains students for industrial positions requiring a sophisticated, applied-technical orientation in designing and building electrical and electronic devices, systems and processes. The curriculum consists of an integrated sequence of undergraduate courses emphasizing the application of engineering and scientific knowledge, methods, technology and management and technical skills appropriate to the electrical engineering technology discipline. The program graduates are capable of solving design and applied-engineering problems, as well as performing managerial, business and sales functions. The program graduates find employment in such areas as computer systems and networks, electronics, telecommunications, power generation and distribution, controls, instrumentation and automation.
