The Diploma in Forest Resources Technician program trains students to manage, conserve, and protect forest ecosystems. It combines classroom learning with fieldwork to develop skills in forest measurement, mapping, wildlife habitat assessment, silviculture, and sustainable resource management. Students learn to use modern tools and technology for data collection and analysis, while gaining knowledge in forest ecology, environmental protection, and operational safety. Graduates are prepared for careers in forestry operations, conservation, and natural resource management with government agencies, private companies, and environmental organizations.
