Colorado State University (CSU)
Our Hospitality and Event Management Program focuses on helping you develop critical thinking skills through experiential learning. Students take courses to learn about culinary arts and food service, lodging, event planning, nutrition, and business to build skills for a variety of professions. Typical job titles include:
- Event Planning Manager
- Hotel Manager
- Restaurant Manager
- Tourism Coordinator
Internships, field trips, team-based projects, and role-playing provide opportunities for you to demonstrate your understanding of what you’re learning. Our program’s strong ties with industry partners across Colorado and nationally help graduates connect with employment opportunities in the second-largest industry employer in Colorado.
