The University of Surrey's core BSc (Hons) Business Management course offers a wide choice of optional modules and gives students the opportunity to explore how organizations of all sizes start, run and thrive. They'll also get hands-on experience with real businesses, and gain entrepreneurial and life skills that will allow them to accelerate their innovative thinking into practice, opening up a wide range of career opportunities.
During the first year of studies, students will focus on learning the foundations of effective business management, with modules that provide them with a strong base of knowledge in the essentials of the subject. The remaining two years offer a wide selection of optional modules based on a variety of topics, including business analytics, marketing communications, business law, organizational psychology, entrepreneurship, human resource management, management information systems, social media and digital economy, globalization, trade and retailing and supply chain management.
