Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability. The job roles that relate to this qualification may also include RTO Manager, Academic Manager, Director of Studies, Program Manager, Principal Executive Officer, Faculty Manager, and RTO Director. The total amount of training and assessment provided in class as a classroom session is for 800 hours, unsupervised self-structured study is for 200 hours and for self-study is 200 hours. Training and assessment are focused on a classroom-based training and unsupervised self-structured learning of 5 hours model of 20 hours per week spread over 2.5 days or 4 days. Students will also have to commit to an additional 5 hours of self-study per week.
