Adler University offers both a Master of Arts and Master of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, giving students the choice between a thesis or an applied research project. THESIS | The Master of Arts is designed for those interested in conducting primary research and tackling real-world organizational challenges through a traditional thesis process. Under the mentorship of a faculty supervisor and committee, students develop and engage in real time original studies with people. This hands-on research experience enables them to explore critical workplace issues and contribute innovative, evidence-based solutions.
