Everyone is required to communicate on a daily basis, whether in a personal or professional sphere. The Communication and Media Studies program enables learners to acquire the knowledge and skills sought by many employers, including written and oral communication, critical thinking, analytical reasoning, creative problem-solving and ethical decision-making. Students will gain the expertise to deliver traditional and nontraditional news across 21st-century platforms, and present vital, timely information in the corporate, political, legal, nonprofit and other realms.
