A BSc (Hons) Accounting and Finance degree gives you the knowledge and skills you need to excel in a wide range of accountancy, business management and finance roles. This course has been designed to incorporate internationally recognised skills from professional accounting and finance bodies, giving you a head start in qualifying as an accountant. You’ll learn essential theory through taught academic study, as well as practical training in the use of accounting software. You’ll also develop key analytical, report writing and further employability skills designed to help you to better adapt to the rapidly changing work environment.
All students have the opportunity to take an optional placement year, providing valuable workplace experience in an accounting or finance role to significantly improve your employability upon graduation.
