The course is multidisciplinary, and you’ll work on designing systems that are resilient to extreme climates and emerging hazards, including climate-resilient infrastructure. This course uses the concepts of civil engineering and adaptation to build your understanding of sustainability and eco-friendly structural engineering. We aim to train structural design engineers who have a fair understanding of materials and methods to design low whole-life carbon structures.
