The practical nature of the University of Cumbria's degree ensures students will develop a complete range of production skills covering all aspects of the Film and TV making process from idea to finished product. The University of Cumbria will focus on developing students' ‘voice’ as a creative. This is done through weekly practical tasks that build to a cohesive set of production skills. The program will equip students with all they need to make great content and enhance their employability. Short films, multi-camera TV productions, documentaries, scriptwriting and experimental/music videos alongside regular workshops from professional practitioners will help them find their voice. The University of Cumbria's production facilities and specialist staff provide all the tools and support students need to bring their creative ideas to life.
