The School of Computer Science at the University of Windsor offers graduate study in a friendly, culturally diverse environment, with more than 19 faculty members and 8 staff members ready to provide students with the most advanced education for their future career. This is a dynamic department with strong ties to industry, including a computing business incubator, which contributes significantly to both the research and training of high quality professionals.The thesis-based Master of Science in Computer Science program provides students with skills and knowledge necessary to pursue doctoral studies or a professional career in the rapidly changing computing and technology fields. This is done through course work in specialized areas of computing technology, applications, and theory, as well as participation in research-oriented seminars, and culminating in an original research thesis. Students completing the MSc program are prepared to take on leadership roles in industry, or continue to deepen their expertise through the pursuit of a PhD in Computer Science.
