The Master of Business Administration (MBA) is an AQF Level 9 Masters (Coursework) qualification designed to develop advanced business knowledge and applied management capabilities across diverse organisational contexts. The program integrates core business foundations with opportunities for specialisation, equipping graduates with the analytical, strategic, and leadership skills required to manage complex enterprises and address contemporary challenges in professional practice. The course philosophy is centred on combining academic rigour with applied learning, ensuring graduates are prepared for senior management, executive leadership, or entrepreneurial pathways. To fulfil the requirements of this course, students must complete a total of 12 units. This includes 8 core units in leadership, strategic management, people and culture, economics, business ethics, and marketing, as well as 3 flexible units chosen as electives or from a designated specialisation in Hospitality Management, Project Management, or Information Systems. The program also includes the Strategic Management Capstone, where students integrate and apply their learning to complex real-world business scenarios.
