At the University of Chester, they put students' future career in Accounting and Finance at the heart of their course, with inspiring, professionally orientated learning experiences. Students will develop all of the skills and knowledge for a high flying career in accounting, finance or in a broader business role. Learning and teaching of the course will take place in small workshops where Students will feel part of a community of students as well as will be supported and guided by professionally qualified and trained lecturers. The course is accredited by ICAEW, CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA and students will secure major exemptions from the examinations of these key professional accounting bodies as they progress. This ensures that once students have graduated it will take students less time to become qualified as accountants. Recent graduates have secured accountancy and business roles in a variety of organisations including large accountancy firms such as PWC and Deloittes, global corporations and the public sector.
