Within the framework of the MBA with specialised modules in project management, you will acquire sound knowledge of the basic instruments and methods of project planning and implement them in a practice-oriented manner. This includes the analysis and evaluation of existing project planning of organisations, as well as the development of strategic suggestions for improvements. In addition to the creation of hands-on project management concepts, during the MBA project management course, you will learn about planning strategies that are crucial for the success of projects.
