Looking to make the world safer and more secure for future generations? Majoring in Criminal Justice and Sociology provides a liberal arts education to students who wish to pursue a vocation in public service or in some part of the criminal justice system or related organizations. Eureka’s program is designed for those who wish to become practitioners in the field or further their education through graduate studies.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Expect the unexpected. Students will work in teams and individually to problem solve in and out of the classroom. Experiential learning includes opportunities to apply knowledge and conceptual understanding to real-world problems or situations.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
The Criminal Justice program at Eureka College is unique in that it combines both classroom as well as practical exercises to allow the student a comprehensive understanding of the material being presented. The course experiences will involve lecture, demonstration, and on-the-job experience.
