The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Financial Services Management at New European College in Munich is a Dutch-accredited degree (240 ECTS) awarded through Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences. Designed to be completed in either three years (six semesters) or four years (eight semesters), the program blends a solid foundation in core business disciplines—such as marketing, economics, entrepreneurship, and communication—with specialized studies in the financial services sector. Students explore topics like European financial regulations, money and banking, mortgages, pensions, investments, insurance, legal and tax frameworks, and real estate finance. NEC’s teaching approach is highly practical, with small class sizes (maximum 25 students) enabling interactive discussions, case studies, project work, corporate visits, and guest lectures. A compulsory three-month internship in a bank or financial services company ensures that graduates leave with relevant industry experience. The program prepares students for global careers in banking, insurance, investment, pension funds, stock brokerage, accounting, regulatory bodies, and financial consultancy, with alumni working at institutions such as HSBC, ABN AMRO, and RaboBank.
