Our Bachelor of Science in Chemistry program is certified by the American Chemical Society and prepares students for graduate study or a career as a chemist in industry, in government service or in secondary school teaching. The Bachelor of Science in Chemistry program offers a comprehensive study of matter, its properties, and reactions. Students explore core areas like organic, inorganic, physical, and analytical chemistry, gaining knowledge in chemical principles and hands-on experience in laboratory techniques such as spectroscopy, chromatography, and synthesis. Graduates are equipped for roles in pharmaceuticals, environmental science, materials science, and quality control, or for advanced studies in chemistry and related fields.
