In today’s dynamic business environment, there is a growing demand for HR specialists who can strategically manage an organization’s talent. The field of HR is expected to experience rapid growth as workplaces evolve with new ways of working. With a BBA in Human Resources, students can develop and apply HR information systems (HRIS) to support decision-making in various HR areas such as staffing, training, performance management, compensation, reward systems, and labor-management practices.
